Cancellation Policy

1:1 Personalized Coaching Call:
If you are unable to attend the 1:1 personalized coaching call after you purchase and schedule a time slot, you cannot cancel or transfer to someone else. However, you can reschedule it if given notice 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. You must notify Alstonia Learnoville before the 24-hour window by emailing madhurima.das@alstonialearnoville.com. 
 

Group Sessions:
Once you purchase a group session and sign up, you are not permitted to cancel  or refund . It can be rescheduled as a group. Please reach out to madhurima.das@alstonialearnoville.com if you are unable to attend and need to reschedule.

Video courses:
Not applicable

Group Sessions:
Not transferable, no cancellation or refunds, it can be rescheduled as a group.
